*Special Rental Discount: Rent for 3 days and pay only 2.5 days, or rent for 5 days and pay only 4 days.

All rental equipment must be collected and returned in person at our Sydney store (32 Oxford Street, Woollahra, Sydney). Postal rentals are not currently supported.

Please note that a deposit equal to the full retail price of the product will be charged at the start of the rental.

Upon return, the equipment will be inspected in-store, and a refund will be arranged if no issues are found; in the event of irregularities, a partial deduction may apply.

Rental pick-up and return times: 9:30am – 6:30pm

You are also welcome to rent directly in-store. However, to ensure availability, we recommend making a reservation in advance by emailing service@auraloop.net or calling 0475 956 536 (Australia only, available 9:30am–6:30pm).
